A native of the Rio Grande Valley has been with the Texas Department of Public Safety for 25 years.
Joined the department in 1986. First six years as a State Trooper.
Nineteen years as an Agent with the Texas DPS Criminal Intelligence Service.
Licensed as a Polygraph examiner with the state of Texas since 2001.
